The magic of story telling

Try it the next time you’re in a group of people, and watch their reactions.  More so than anything else you can say, “let me tell you a story” captures people’s attention.

 

Why is this?  I don’t really know.  Maybe it’s because we all loved story time as kids.  Or perhaps because we all knew a great story teller growing up, someone who always made us laugh.  Whatever the reason, this sentence is very, very effective.

 

The ability to tell a good story is one of the most powerful attraction tools I’ve ever come across.  It works way better than canned “patterns” or goofy demonstrations or magic tricks or any other gimmick.

 

Women are very, very attracted to a man who’s a good story teller, especially if it’s a story laced with innuendo that activates their minds and gets them to imagine themselves in the story.

 

Once a woman knows you’re a great story teller, she’ll always want to spend time with you.  Most guys are so deadly dull and boring, and men who can tell stories are so rare that women grab onto you and don’t want to let go.

 

Master the art of story telling, and you’re a long way towards mastering the creation and sustenance of attraction.
