And although I occasionally grouse about my body fat percentage, I’m actually in pretty darn good shape for any age.
Why is this? Is it because I have a magic pill I take daily that overcomes my genetic predisposition to being a fatbody?
I wish. The truth is, I do a lot of little things each and every day. I drink lots of fiber. Eat six small meals a day. Hit the gym with a customized weight workout. Do lots of conditioning work. Rotate my proteins. Drink green tea. And on and on and on.
All of these things by themselves are no big deal—they only make a small difference in fighting fat. BUT, when you add them all together, they make a huge difference.
The same thing is true when it comes to attraction. There’s no magic pickup line that makes all the babes run to you. But there ARE a bunch of small things that add up to that result.
Things like how you dress, how you groom yourself, your internal beliefs about yourself and women, your facial expressions, ability to focus on a woman’s language, tone of voice, and on and on and on.
All of these things by themselves only have a small impact on attraction. But when you add them all together, they have a huge impact, and that’s the key.
Lots of small subtle changes add up to big differences. Try them for yourself. You’ll see.
