I had purchased your E-book a couple of months ago, and let me tell you, it's truly a God-send! What I love about your instructions is they are very open-ended in how one can implement your techniques. One doesn't have to worry about "Oh shit, am I doing what such and such page instructed me to do correctly?!" - it beautifully managed to conjure up a bigger, practical "what to do" picture by the time I was finished reading it that, frankly, I doubt few other e-books on the matter will be able to pull off in their readers' minds. Needless to say, my results with women have been pretty amazing! The "smile your way through" technique alone is incredibly effective. Definitely smacks of the good ol' "small hinges turn big doors" maxim, and does so beautifully! It amazing how it's small things like this most of us men take for granted, instead trying desperately to put up some fake Al Pacinoesque or Johnny Depp look to attract women (and for the record, two gorgeous ladies I know of like neither of these actors :)! Most importantly, what I REALLY appreciate about your ebook is that the methods you implement can cater for men coming from ALL backgrounds - whether they are your average "free spirited" schmoe in the street, or even religious, spiritually inclined types such as myself. You may find this funny, but to be perfectly honest, before purchasing your product, I went through some trepidation before buying it, thinking it was wholly based on "best ways to flirt with women" in bars and so on - a practice that's strongly shunned by the culture I was brought up in. But upon finishing your book, I realized there are some fundamental truths about male / female dynamics that NO one in their right state of mind can deny... and us "religious" freaks have this thing for "truism" :) haha Once again, thank you very much for this awesome e-book. Two more semesters, and I'll be done with college - so, no more tuition fees! Nervous around women? Here's how to overcome it...

When I was in high school and college I was scared to death of talking to women I was interested in. For the life of me, I couldn't understand why--I knew they were interested in me, but for whatever reason when I started talking to them I clenched up.
Of course they detected my nervousness, and started to question their initial assessment of me, and the attraction ended. Maybe you've had the same thing happen with you.

Fast forward to today. Now whenever I talk with women I'm not nervous at all--in fact, I look forward to, and enjoy talking with women especially those I find attractive.
How did I go from nervous to smooth? Step by step, and you can do the same.
A lot of guys who are nervous around women try to get over it by immersion--forcing themselves to talk to women, hoping they'll finally get over it. The problem with that is, you tend to get negative feedback, reinforcing the self image that you're nervous around women--the problem then gets worse, not better.
What you need to do is slowly build up your self image, reinforced with positive feedback. Think of it like lifting weights. If you bench press 185, and you want to bench 315, you don't get there by going to the gym and trying to life 315 everyday--you'll fail each and every time, coming to the conclusion you can't bench that much.
But, if you go with the goal of benching 190, then 195, then 205, eventually you'll get there AND you'll have the self image to go with it. If you're at 185, it's damn near impossible to see yourself hoisting 315--but pretty easy (believable) to see yourself lifting 190.
If you're nervous with women, and want to get smooth, you don't start by forcing yourself to go talk to the hottest one in the bar--you start by talking to women in situations where you are not nervous.
Here's what to do: start by talking to women who are forced to talk to you first--cashiers, waitresses, bank tellers, etc. All you want to do is smile your naughty boy smile, say one or two smartass things, get them to respond positively, and that's it. It's easy to do, and it's believable. You start getting positive, consistent feedback, and your self image starts to grow.
The next step is to simply smile your naughty smile whenever you see any woman in public, with the goal of getting her to smile back--again, more positive feedback.
After you're comfortable with that, you want to have a brief conversation. Then give them the opportunity to meet you elsewhere. What you're doing is creating positive reinforcement, and building on it, so your self image catches up with your actions.
The key is taking small steps each time so you ALWAYS get positive feedback, until your self image is to the point where you expect success every time.
This was the process I used to go from nervous wreck to smooth talker, and it will work for you too... put it to work, and you'll never be nervous around women again.
