Don't chase women, attract them-- here's how

Dear friends and subscribers,

There's nothing more frustrating than wondering if a woman "likes you," then pursuing her, trying to get her to notice you, even date you. How does it usually end? By her going off with a guy who she was "attracted to," a guy who never showed any interest in her at all.

Why would she do this? Because the guy who supposedly "showed no interest" actually knew how to create attraction, and she came to him, instead of him chasing her. Trust me, that's a much better way to go, for both men and women--if you'd like to discover how to "stop chasing" and start attracting, then simply go to www.effortlesscommunication.com/enter.htm and discover how to get women to approach YOU first, no matter your looks, age, or income.

On with the fun...

Does submissiveness in men create attraction in women? Or is it just BS?

Hey guys,

Every now and then I get an email from a subscriber, asking whether or not it is a good idea to be submissive and meek to women, wanting to know if these strategies create attraction, as they do in the media.

But this time I got an email from a guy, telling me a "relationship expert" is actually advocating such strategies. Have a look, then read my response.

Hey John.

I have been a silent subscriber to your email updates for some time now and would like to thank you. Not only for showing men how to achieve with women but how to achieve in life in general as well. However I have a serious question that I would like to pose to you, which reflects my current situation. Where your advice helps men to be more confident and playful with women by being assertive and taking charge, some other dating/relationship-type sites like Tom
McKnight's Love Tactics suggests that submissiveness and aloofness is what wins hearts with women. Though his advice is more central to restoring broken relationships it still directs them to be emotionally supportive of the woman in question and to give up assertiveness. What is your opinion on this "tactic"?

Faith,

-John

JA: Thanks, for the email, John. I'm not familiar with Mr. McKnight or any of his work, so I can't comment on him specifically, but giving up your assertiveness (personal authority) is a guaranteed way to kill attraction each and every time. In fact, in almost every case I've heard where the woman leaves, it's because the man STOPPED being assertive, stopped doing those things that created attraction in the first place. Doing more of the same ain't going to get her to come back.

Now, there's nothing wrong with being emotionally supportive to a woman. In fact, as a man, that's what you're supposed to do. Any good leader is emotionally supportive of his subordinates, while maintaining a strong sense of authority. And, often times being emotionally supportive involves "tough love," the willingness to do things that are unpleasant, but get results.

But as far as submissiveness creating attraction? No way in hell--and any one who advocates that is not out doing what they teach, they're just talking about it.
