Do you need to be physically fit to attract women?

Hey guys,

A few years ago a good friend told me the following story: He was in his mid 20's, in great shape (in fact, he'd just won an award for the "best abs" at his gym), and was walking down the street with a guy who was fat, unshaven, in his 40's and was wearing an ugly Hawaiian shirt.

Coming towards them was a very attractive woman in her late 20's, obviously in great shape. My friend smiled at her, and she snarled at him. His ugly friend smiled at her, and she warmly smiled back, stopping to talk to him.

A whole new approach to dating, women, and relationships that allows me to choose my own relationships with women, anytime, anyplace, anywhere, devoid of all heartbreak or misery, and I'm convinced any man can copy what I'm doing, no matter your looks, age, or income. Why would any sane man reveal these secrets if they were true? To discover the answer go to http://www.johnalanis.com/ultimate_system.htm right now.

My friend went to on tell me that this happened all the time, and in fact, his Hawaiian shirt wearing friend had a reputation for constantly taking home hot, young women. Despite his looks, he was very good at creating attraction and making women feel great in his presence.

So, that being said, does being in great shape help you when it comes to attracting women? The answer is still yes. Is it necessary? No, not at all. But all other things being equal (which they're usually not) it makes a huge difference.

Now, if you put two guys in a room full of women, and one guy knows how to create attraction, but the other does not, the one with the knowledge will always win. But if they're both equally skilled, then the one who is fit AND has the knowledge will usually win out.

The night before last I made my annual pilgrimage to a grimy sports bar in Austin to watch some preseason football. At this time of year, I like to watch several games at once, just to get a feel for the upcoming season. If you've ever been to a sports bar, you know most guys in there are as wide as they are tall.

I had several women come up to me, initiating conversations based on the fact that I was in good physical shape. They wanted to touch my arms. Why would they do this? Because the contrast between me and everyone else in the place was striking--and I'm not saying that because I'm the next Mr. Olympia.

Over the past five years, the obesity rate in this country has skyrocketed. People are no longer "chubby"--they're downright fat. And not just a few people--the majority of people. But fat is not attractive, and never will be. When you get yourself in good physical shape, you stand out like a beacon in the night, more so than ever. Because fit guys are more scarce than ever, you really stand out--and when you follow it up with the ability to create attraction, other guys have no chance.

Do you need to be in shape to attract women? No, BUT... it gives you a huge advantage over every other guy, plus kicks your self image into orbit. And in today's piggish environment, the more scarce... and therefore more attractive... you'll be.

On with the fun....
