I had purchased your E-book a couple of months ago, and let me tell you, it's truly a God-send! What I love about your instructions is they are very open-ended in how one can implement your techniques. One doesn't have to worry about "Oh shit, am I doing what such and such page instructed me to do correctly?!" - it beautifully managed to conjure up a bigger, practical "what to do" picture by the time I was finished reading it that, frankly, I doubt few other e-books on the matter will be able to pull off in their readers' minds. Needless to say, my results with women have been pretty amazing! The "smile your way through" technique alone is incredibly effective. Definitely smacks of the good ol' "small hinges turn big doors" maxim, and does so beautifully! It amazing how it's small things like this most of us men take for granted, instead trying desperately to put up some fake Al Pacinoesque or Johnny Depp look to attract women (and for the record, two gorgeous ladies I know of like neither of these actors :)! Most importantly, what I REALLY appreciate about your ebook is that the methods you implement can cater for men coming from ALL backgrounds - whether they are your average "free spirited" schmoe in the street, or even religious, spiritually inclined types such as myself. You may find this funny, but to be perfectly honest, before purchasing your product, I went through some trepidation before buying it, thinking it was wholly based on "best ways to flirt with women" in bars and so on - a practice that's strongly shunned by the culture I was brought up in. But upon finishing your book, I realized there are some fundamental truths about male / female dynamics that NO one in their right state of mind can deny... and us "religious" freaks have this thing for "truism" :) haha Once again, thank you very much for this awesome e-book. Two more semesters, and I'll be done with college - so, no more tuition fees! Which means you'll be looking forward to having at least ONE person purchase your Deluxe offer from my neck of the woods ;)"

Why common sense ain't so common
Hey guys,
Well, Terrell Owens looked OK to me--45-14 is a fine ending to another media created much-ado-about-nothing-we-desperately-wished-was-something week. Enough about that, though--let's get on with today's lesson.
I guess it's just human nature. People just can't leave well enough alone, can't resist fixing what isn't broke. It doesn't matter if a business has a successful website, a single guy has a system that works for attracting women, or a copywriter has an ad that works--they just can't resist fooling with it, and the results are usually devastating.
Why do people do this? This one I have no answer for--it might be out of boredom, lack of self discipline, or ignorance. I don't know for sure, and it doesn't really matter. What does matter though is resisting the urge to "fix."

It tends to happen with website more often than not. A company puts up an ugly, direct marketing website, does very well with it, then decides they need to hire some "professionals" to do it right. The professionals come in, put up a very slick, "professional" looking website that conveys just the right "image" the company wants to show, charge 'em a butt-load of money, then disappear into the night.
What usually happens is the new, professional website drives away everyone, sales go in the toilet, and what took years to build is destroyed in months. But, hey, they got their image out there.
The same thing happens with guys who want to attract women--they've got a "system" that works, but their friend tells them something else, then they junk it and go try the new thing. Luckily in this arena, it's much easier to go back to what worked than it is with a website or business, but in the interim you can miss out on a really great woman because you wanted to fix what wasn't broke.
Now, don't confuse "fixing" with testing. Testing is a different game--you change one variable in what you do, measure the results, and if it works add it in. If it doesn't work, stop doing it, and test something new. The crucial thing to remember about testing is, your test should be with something that has a good chance of working--it is based on sound history and psychological principles, not something that sounded good from your brother in law.
By all means, test new, different approaches in what you do, but don't you dare "fix" what ain't broke. Sounds like common sense, but, as you know, that particular thing is pretty rare, and getting rarer every day.
