What to do when all your hard work does NOT pay off

Before we get started, I want to tell everyone to stay tuned to tomorrow's email- -I have a very exciting gift I'm going to be giving away to the first 200 subscribers to claim it, and tomorrow I'll be telling you how you make sure you're one of them. This is something I rarely do, but since it's the holiday season, I'm in a giving mood, and, if you take fast action, you'll be the one who benefits.

Have you ever seen the movie, Glengarry, Glen Ross? If not, you should check it out--it's a great "salesmen movie," and it's a pretty accurate description of how time share sales work.

A whole new approach to dating, women, and relationships that allows me to choose my own relationships with women, anytime, anyplace, anywhere, devoid of all heartbreak or misery, and I'm convinced any man can copy what I'm doing, no matter your looks, age, or income. Why would any sane man reveal these secrets if they were true? To discover the answer go to http://www.johnalanis.com/ultimate_system.htm right now.

It has an all-star cast--Kevin Spacey, Jack Lemmon, Al Pacino, Alec Baldwin, Ed Harris, and others. The story revolves around one of the salesmen stealing a new batch of leads, with the intent of selling the leads to a rival company, then going to work for that company.

The movie can be enjoyed on many levels, but one of the most important ones to pay attention to is Al Pacino's character. During the movie, he's the only guy who's made a sale in a long time, and appears to be on a roll.

At the end of the movie, though, he experiences a salesman's worst nightmare--the guy he just sold a parcel of real estate to shows up, under his wife's instructions to get his money back. Despite Pacino's and the other salesmen's best efforts, the buyer persists with his refund request, costing Pacino a fat commission, and a brand new Cadillac (the prize for selling the most real estate that month).

What does Pacino do? Obviously he's not happy because he put in a large amount of work to close the sale, and was within a hairsbreadth of collecting his commission when the buyer backed out. But, instead of griping and grousing and saying "woe is me," he gets right back on the phone and starts working his leads again, even though he knows he has to do all the hard work over again to close another sale. The movie ends that way.

That's the attitude you need to adopt when attracting women. You may put in a lot of work, and be right on the verge of getting your result when she backs out or flakes. This will happen to you, and it can be frustrating--but like Pacino, you have to understand it's just part of the process. When it happens, the thing to do is not to pee or moan, or whine, or get drunk, it's to "get back on the phone," forget about what just happened, and start working the next lead--that's the only way to get to a deal that does finally close, so you can collect your "commission."
