In my experience, there's no such thing as luck

Do you remember the above sentence? Who said it to whom? In case you don't, I'll tell you--in the original Star Wars, Obi Wan Kenobi looks Han Solo straight in the eye, and lays this line on him, after Solo denies the existence of "the force," claiming it's all about smoke, mirrors, and luck.

Unfortunately men think that way about success with women- that it's just "luck." Listen to what most guys say: "Did you get lucky last night?" I hate that statement because it implies that success "just happens," that it's out of your control. The truth is, success is step by step process that can be learned by anyone, in any field, and it can be learned when it comes to succeeding with women.

To discover how you can learn to be successful with women replace "luck" with "learned skill," then simply go to http://www.johnalanis.com/ultimate_system.htm and discover how to succeed wildly with women in a way that makes them feel better than they've ever felt with any other man.

On with the fun...

Attraction spares no one

There are two things I do every morning. One is check the news websites (usually CNN) to see if there are any relevant stories regarding attraction. The second is to check my email to see if any of you guys have sent me any good stories regarding attraction.

I always know it's a good one when I see a story on the CNN website, then check my email and find a slew of "Hey King, did you see this one?" emails (I always like to get these emails). Well, the one I have to tell you about today is a dandy, and it shows you just how powerful attraction is, no matter your looks, age, income or occupation.

What if everything you ever thought you knew about dating and relationships was just plain wrong? Would you keep doing the same things and getting the same results? Or would you try something new and radically different? To stop dating, and start living, go to http://www.johnalanis.com/ultimate_system.htm before this site is removed.

By now you might have read about the female astronaut, Lisa Nowak who got thrown in the clink for trying to kidnap a romantic rival (Colleen Shipman, an engineer). Who were they fighting over? A shuttle commander named Bill Oefelein.

Now think about this for just a second. You've got three people here who are supposedly highly trained, have years of experience with high stress, dangerous situations, are all in important leadership positions and what are they doing? Acting like they're in junior high.

Why would they do this? Because attraction is so powerful. A powerful feeling of attraction coupled with a fear of imminent loss compels otherwise smart people to do very stupid things.

One of the most important things I teach in my Ultimate Unlimited Lifetime of Power and Success with Women is an NLP concept called "Meta States." It's a fancy term, but the concept is very simple. All "going meta" means is having an emotion about an emotion instead of being caught up in an emotion and acting from that.

So, for example, if you feel a powerful sense of attraction, but you add in the emotion of "focus about attraction," then you're able to make smart decisions instead of stupid ones. Instead of running off to kidnap a romantic rival, you focus a bit, and decide you're better off doing something else.

The lesson here is this: attraction is a very powerful emotion that causes even the smartest, brightest, most powerful people (who do you think of when I say "Bill Clinton?") to do very stupid things. Don't underestimate its effect on other people--but make sure when it comes to you, you're in control.
