A short (but sweet) success

I recently received the following email regarding my Ultimate System:

Hi John, I bought you basic ultimate attraction package. Although it was my fault for not noticing this before placing my order, I ended up being a little disappointed that there wasn't any specific information regarding on-line profiles (don't worry, I got over it since it was my mistake, lol).

I am extremely happy with what I have gotten out of it and have already seen results, (already intimate with 2 women by the 3rd meeting). My budget didn't allow for more than I spent at the time, but I was wondering if you offered the information on online profiles separately. I want to have better responses to my online ads and meet even more women. I know you're busy so thanks for your time.

JA: Hah, two women by the third meeting, huh? And you haven't had my system that long...! Congratulations on your success--if you get a chance, send in the detail of how you did it--lots of guys would love to hear your success stories, and who know the ol' King might learn a thing or two.

And yes, you may upgrade to the Deluxe System so you get all the info on online dating... I made that a separate part of the product because I really get into detail on how to get hordes of desirable women to flock to you while you do no work at all. I love the internet!

Do you turn women off?

Every now and then I go on the online dating services (Match.com, etc.) and spend an hour or so reading through profiles, both male and female. Every single time I do this I come to the same conclusion:

They all suck.

In fact, most of them suck so bad they actually turn people off. For example, I'll see a profile with a picture of an attractive woman, someone who I might be interested in meeting. But then I'll read her profile and completely lose interest.

Why? Because it's all about her, all about what she wants a man to do for her. Now, I know from experience that, if I were to meet her and employ my secrets that she might turn out to be pretty attractive, yet what she writes in the moment is a big turn off--it kills initial attraction instead of creating it.

Same thing with profiles men write--they are all about them, boastful and bragging, or (much worse) sweet and sensitive... none of them actually describe any benefits that would compel a woman to respond to them.

No matter if it's in print or in person, you have to realize that most people don't care at all about you... they care about themselves. They don't want to talk about you, they want to talk about themselves. They want to know WIIFM--What's In It For Me.

Some people may think this is selfish or bad, but it's just the way the world is. We all care about ourselves and rightfully so. But if you want to persuade someone (like a woman to spend time with you), you have to let them know the benefits of spending time with you--how will they benefit.

In an online profile that's fairly easy to do--just tell them what's going to happen when they spend time with you... make it about what they will experience, not what you want (that comes as "qualifying language" at the very end of your profile, AFTER they're excited about spending time with you).

In person it's even easier. Just listen to them, and take a genuine interest in them. Yes, it's the oldest "salesman's saw" in the book, but it's still the most effective ESPECIALLY in this day and age of the entitlement generation where everyone talks about themselves and expects others to do the same.

If you want to turn women off, make it about you. If you want to turn them on, make it about them. If you want to turn them on like they've never been turned on before, get them to make it about you... but that's a discussion for a later time, maybe even a later product!

On with the fun....
